At the back of the shop sits a long walnut table, and on it, the books: two hundred cloths from storied English and Italian mills — Vitale Barberis Canonico, Loro Piana, Holland & Sherry among them. This is where your suit begins.
Lapel, button stance, lining, monogram — every decision is yours, with our thumb on the scale only when you ask for it. Six to eight weeks later, you own the best-fitting garment in your closet. Most gentlemen are back within the year for the second.

The Making
Cut and sewn to your pattern by our partner workrooms. We inspect every garment on arrival, against the order sheet and our own conscience.Six to eight weeks

Final Fitting
On the horse before the mirror. Sleeve, break, balance — adjusted until the garment hangs without argument. Then, and only then, it goes home.Perfection or another sitting
Fit is half the garment.
Alterations are arranged through the shop and placed with tailors we trust — and we'll happily see to good garments bought elsewhere, no questions asked and no eyebrows raised.
